Pulai Springs Resort will be offering its "Nyonya Pergi Makan" buffet promotion on selected days in September 2019 at the all-day dining Cinta Terrace Restaurant. The "Nyonya Pergi Makan" buffet promotion will be served on the followig dates:

During the "Nyonya Pergi Makan" buffet promotion, specially invited guest Chef Barnitus Ang who is a Peranakan from Melaka with the assistance from the resort's Executive Chef Kenny Lim will be preparing contemporary and good old-fashioned Nyonya Cuisine. The buffet spread will include a salad and soup corner, main course, desserts and action stalls with live cooking.

Highlights on the menu including Nyonya Nasi Ulam, Ayam Pongteh, Sambal Udang Petai, Sotong Masak Lemak Cili Api, Terung Sambal Udang Kering, Telur Cincaluk, Nyonya Chap Chai and Sup Ayam Kentang.

In addition, there will be stalls serving mouth-watering Nyonya Curry Laksa and Ikan Siakap Nyonya Asam Pedas that will be prepared on the spot.

Not forgetting the greens, salad and appetizer corner, there will be Rojak Buah, Acar Mentah Nyonya, Kerabu Telur Goreng, Kerabu Soo Hoon, Otako-otak, Ulam-ulam Sambal Belacan dan Keropok.

And a refreshing conclusion awaits with sweet delights such as Sago Gula Melaka, Bubur Cha Cha, Kedondong Asam Juice, assorted Nyonya Kuih, Jellies, mixed fruit cocktail and more.

The "Nyonya Pergi Makan" buffet promotion is affordably priced at RM35.00 nett per adult and RM17.50 nett per child. For every 5 paying adults, 1 guest dines for free (5+1 promo).
